International shipping is currently available to Japan only.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery.
All taxes and duties charged by Japanese customs are the customer’s responsibility.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
Once approved, return shipping is covered by the customer, with no restocking fee.

We are a Hawaii-based company, so all returns will be processed through Hawaii.
